I teach a gentle, trauma-informed approach to yoga with a focus on supporting your mental wellbeing through slowing down, rest, releasing stress and anxiety.

I understand from my own experience that mindfulness, meditation and relaxation practices don’t always come easy. It can be so difficult to switch off yet we know how important it is to rest. Especially when supporting others through your work or private live it is important to have a space to release stress and overwhelm and reconnect to your own needs.

That’s why I offer a gentle and trauma-informed approach to my yoga teaching – taking into account your individual experience, making sure that you have space to listen to your own needs and taking off daily pressure.


Mindful Movement and Rest – Worthing

Unwind with gentle, mindful movement, followed by restful yoga poses to release stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

In this class we will go through gentle, accessible yoga postures, focusing on slowing down to release stress and overwhelm. After some gentle movement, we will explore more restorative poses – poses are held for longer to allow your body to deeply relax.

With a trauma-informed approach we focus in all poses on how you and your body feel and exploring what you need. Throughout the class we explore different practices for Nervous system relaxation to allow the body and mind to settle.

Nurturing Rest – Online

A monthly online yoga session to ease stress, overwhelm and anxiety with restful yoga practices from the comfort of your own home.

Take time out to rest and recharge with restful yoga practices.

It is easy to get caught up in stress and the busyness of life, putting other people’s needs first and losing track of your own wellbeing – leaving us feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Once a month, take some time out to slow down and support your own mental and emotional wellbeing – making your own self-care a priority. Fill your cup with restful yoga practices – making space to listen to your own needs and experience deep rest.

Mindful Yoga – Online

In this class we slow down with gentle mindful movement, breathwork, practices for nervous-system regulation and restorative practices. The focus of these classes is to slow down, listen to your body and your needs and support mental wellbeing.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those wanting to invite a mindful, slow yoga practice.
