February theme: Easing into Rest


Two monthly online workshop to ease stress, overwhelm and anxiety with restful yoga practices from the comfort of your own home.

Take time out to rest and recharge with restful yoga practices.

It is easy to get caught up in stress and the busyness of life, putting other people’s needs first and losing track of your own wellbeing – leaving you feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Take some time out to slow down and support your own mental and emotional wellbeing – making your own self-care a priority. Fill your cup with restful yoga practices – making space to listen to your own needs and experience deep rest.

In this class we slow down with gentle mindful, somatic movement, breathwork, practices for Nervous-system regulation and restorative yoga practices.

I will share practices to help you ease stress and overwhelm and help you recharge when you feel burnt out.

Unwind from the week and slow down, reconnect to your needs and experience deep rest, so that you feel deeply rested and recharged.

Bonus: You will receive one shorter on demand practices after the workshop to continue your rest journey.
