This is a 2hour online workshop for sensitive, heart-centred female business owners who experience overwhelm and want to feel more at ease whilst running their business.
Running your own business comes with many challenges. With many different daily demands, you might sometimes get stuck in overwhelm, worrying a lot, feeling anxious, wanting to withdraw or feeling depleted and exhausted. On top of business demands you are also trying to navigate self-care, but maybe you tend to put other people’s needs first and struggle to meet your own needs.
With constant input and uncertainty it isn’t surprising that you might feel exhausted or depleted.
And when you feel overwhelmed, it can keep you from moving forward, growing your business or even enjoying what you do.

In this workshop you will learn more about your Nervous system and how understanding your Nervous system better can support your wellbeing. We will look at your own responses to stress as well as what’s causing you stress and how you can support yourself through nourishing self-care and practices for Nervous system regulation.
So that you can better navigate your own emotional and mental wellbeing when running your business to feel more steady, calm and grounded, more resilient to stressors and prioritising your own self-care.
