In private yoga and coaching sessions we can focus on exactly on what it is that you need. Supporting you with stress management and relaxation practices at a time that suits you. I tailor sessions to your personal goals and needs, using a trauma-sensitive approach to support you.

These sessions can support you with:

  • holding space for your own needs and implementing more self-compassion
  • releasing stress and overwhelm
  • calming the mind when you feel stuck in overthinking
  • learning practices to regulate your nervous system to feel more balanced, grounded and less anxious
  • creating self-care routines that work for you and your life
