Having worked as a frontline worker as well as a yoga teacher, and having experienced burnout and compassion fatigue myself, I know from my own experience, how important it is to bring practices into my life that support me and help me feel recharged and grounded.

Spread out over 10 weeks we will explore how deep rest, a trauma-informed approach, practices for Nervous system regulation and embodied listening can support you feeling more rested, resilient, and empowered again.

Slow down & Arrive
Over the first few weeks we will take time to slow down and arrive – allowing the body and mind to rest, breathe and settle.
When we slow down we can start listening to our body and our needs and become more aware of what we need.
Rest & Restore
We will explore different practices to help soothe and regulate the Nervous system, invite deep rest and practice self-compassion to help support you with daily pressure you might experience. Easing stress and overwhelm to feel more rested again.
Connect & Thrive
Finding what works for you and fits in your life – So that you can fully enjoy your life again with natural energy – feeling empowered with self-care practices that support you on a daily basis without adding more stress. Once you are in a more regulated Nervous system state you will be able to connect and be present with your own needs as well as in relationships with others.

Fill your cup – Rest Reset: Q&A
- How long is the programme and how long are the live workshops?
The programme is spread out over 10 weeks with 8 live workshops – offering some time to catch up if you miss a session.
There will be:- 8 x 50min. live workshops:
Wednesdays 7pm – 7:50pm - 8 x 10min. on demand mini trainings
- 8 x 50min. live workshops:
- Are the sessions recorded and do I need to turn my camera on?
Yes, all live workshops are recorded and they will be emailed to you after each session. It is completely your choice if you turn your camera on or leave it off – however you feel more comfortable. Either way, you won’t be on any of the recordings – the recordings are set up, so only I, as I am demonstrating, can be seen.
- What if I miss a workshop or can’t make any of the live sessions?
As all live workshops are recorded, you can miss a class or not attend any of workshops live and just receive the recordings. They are usually emailed out the day after the live class.
Don’t worry about missing out or “falling behind” – all practices will always be available to you, so you can catch up or revisit parts of the course anytime.
- Do I need to buy any equipment for the workshops?
No, you don’t. I try to work with what you already have at home. You might need a yoga mat, but even a comfortable floor with for example a rug can be enough. Some of the things you’ll need for the classes are: bedroom pillows, throw cushion and blankets.
- What can I expect from the workshops?
Each class will offer a variety of these practices:- restorative yoga
- gentle somatic movement
- guided relaxations and meditations
- breathwork
…all focusing on slowing down, rest and Nervous system regulation.
- What happens in between live workshops?
In between sessions, you will receive short recordings with practices that you can bring into your week.
There will also be workbooks with our weekly theme, journaling prompts and self-care inspirations. As well as additional support through our private facebook group.
The on demand practices will always be available to you and you can catch up anytime you want.
- What are the weekly themes?
Some of the topics we cover during the 10 weeks are:
Awareness and Mindfulness, Grounding, Building inner trust and safety, Exploring with curiosity and openness, Establishing Self-compassion; and more…
