Fill your cup -online course Q&A

I wanted to take a moment to answer some questions you might have about the upcoming online course – Fill your cup – Rest Reset.

Course dates:
10.10.22 – 04.12.12

  • How long is the course and how long are the live classes?

    The course is spread out over 8 weeks with 7 live sessions – offering some time to catch up if you miss a session.

    There will be:
    • 6 x 60min live workshops:
      Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm
    • 1 x 90min. live workshops at the end of the course
      Sunday 04.12. 6:30pm – 8pm
  • Are the sessions recorded and do I need to turn my camera on?

    Yes, all live classes are recorded and they will be emailed to you after each session. It is completely your choice if you turn your camera on or leave it off – however you feel more comfortable. Either way, you won’t be on any of the recordings – the recordings are set up, so only I, as I am demonstrating, can be seen.
  • What if I miss a class or can’t make any of the live sessions?

    As all live classes are recorded, you can miss a class or not attend any of workshops live and just receive the recordings. They are usually emailed out the day after the live class.

    Don’t worry about missing out or “falling behind” – all practices will always be available to you, so you can catch up or revisit parts of the course anytime.
  • Do I need to buy any equipment for the classes?

    No, you don’t. I try to work with what you already have at home. You might need a yoga mat, but even a comfortable floor with for example a rug can be enough. Some of the things you’ll need for the classes are: bedroom pillows, throw cushion and blankets.
  • What can I expect from the classes?

    Each class will offer a variety of these practices:
    • restorative yoga
    • gentle movement
    • guided relaxations and meditations
    • breathwork

      …all focusing on slowing down, rest and Nervous system regulation.
  • What happens in between live classes?

    In between sessions, you will receive short recordings with practices that you can bring into your week.

    There will also be workbooks with our weekly theme, journaling prompts and self-care inspirations.

    It is completely up to you how involved you want to get in the practices. These will always be available to you and you can catch up anytime you want.
  • What are the weekly themes?

    Some of the topics we cover during the 8 weeks are:
    awareness, grounding, inner safety, self-compassion….
  • When does the course registration end?

    You can register for the course until 05.10.22 – this allows me enough time to send out your home relaxation welcome gift
